Our clothing has to earn its place with you. Not in the fitting room, but during your training and everything around it. You have 7 days to really wear it. Not convinced? Send it back and get your money back.

Here is how it works. Short and honest.

How it works

• Every online purchase comes with a 14-day return period.
• During the first 7 days after delivery, you can actually wear and wash your clothing, and still return it.
• From day 8 up to and including day 14, our standard return policy applies. Only unworn and unwashed items can be returned.

What it applies to

• All clothing purchased via fract-store.com.
• Socks are excluded, for hygiene reasons.
• Purchases through other retailers are not included. Their own return policy applies.

Registering your return

• Register your return within 7 days of delivery via the returns page or email info@fract-store.com.
• Send the item back within 14 days of delivery.
• Include your order number.

Return shipping

• Return shipping is at your own cost, as with any return.
• Something wrong with your order? We will take care of it.

Refund

• You receive the full purchase amount back via the same payment method.
• This happens within 14 days of registering your return. We may wait to refund until we have received the item.
• Paid with Klarna and not yet paid your invoice? Your invoice will be adjusted.

Condition of the item

• Worn and washed is fine.
• The item must otherwise be undamaged. Damage caused by misuse or by washing against the care instructions is not covered.
• Return the item complete. The tag may be removed.

Once per product

• You can use this offer once per product.
• In case of misuse, we reserve the right to refuse a return under this offer.

What we do with it
Returned clothing is not resold as new. It gets a second life.

Your rights
This offer does not replace your statutory rights. Your legal 14-day withdrawal period and your right to a product that meets expectations remain fully in place.

Changes
We may change or end this offer. Orders already placed remain subject to the terms that applied at the time of ordering.
