HYROX.

HYROX combines running with functional exercises in one fixed race format. Eight times one kilometre of running, with a station after every kilometre. From sled pushes to wall balls, from lunges to rowing. Over and over, under fatigue. The pace is high. So is the load. You keep moving. You keep switching.

discipline over display.

HYROX isn't just about competition or finish times. It's about consistency. Rhythm. Staying in control as fatigue sets in. Continuing to deliver when it gets hard. The sport feels accessible, but at the same time demands a lot of discipline and preparation. That combination is exactly what appeals to us. Everyone starts at the same start line. You build from where you are.

what it asks of clothing.

A HYROX race constantly switches between running and stations. From eight kilometres of running to pushing a sled, lunges and wall balls. And you wear the same outfit from start to finish. Whatever you put on has to handle all of it. Light enough for the running, sturdy enough for the stations. What we always take into account:

  • Light enough that eight kilometres of running goes unnoticed
  • Sturdy enough for the sled, the sandbag and the floor
  • Freedom of movement for lunges, squats, rowing and sled pulls
  • Moves moisture quickly, even as the pace keeps rising
  • Stays in place, while running and at the stations
  • No chafing or distraction over the full length of the race

the running and the eight stations.

Running connects everything. Eight kilometres in total, the biggest part of your race. After every kilometre comes a station that asks something different of your body. Read per part how to do it and which mistakes to avoid.
