Returns

You should feel good in what you wear. Not quite what you expected? No worries. You’ve got 14 days to decide. You can return your item if it’s:

• unused
• unwashed
• in the original packaging

Keep it clean. Then we can still make someone else happy with it.

How it works

• Sign up your return via [return form/link].
• Send it back within 14 days after delivery.
• Once we’ve received and approved it, you’ll get your money back.
• Refunds are made using the same payment method.

We ask you to cover the return costs yourself. It helps keep the system conscious and sustainable. Is something wrong with your order? Then of course, we’ll take care of it.
